Get Cookin’ This Summer at the Coco Deck Keiki Cooking Academy!

Looking for the perfect summer activity for your little chef? Join us at Coco Deck Lahaina for our first-ever Keiki Cooking Academy! This is a fun and interactive cooking class series designed just for kids! Led by award-winning local chefs Chef Alvin Savella and Chef Naiwi Teruya, this 4-week culinary experience will spark creativity, teach essential kitchen skills, and encourage kids to explore the joy of cooking in a safe, exciting environment.

This hands-on experience is designed for young foodies ages 5-10. Classes run every Monday in June (6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30) from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, offering an exciting opportunity for kids to learn real kitchen skills, explore new ingredients, and build confidence - all while having a blast. Each class focuses on creativity, teamwork, and safe cooking practices in a fun, interactive environment.

At the end of the 4-week session, your keiki will graduate in style with a special ceremony including a chef hat, custom Coco Deck logo apron, kid-friendly knife set, and an official certificate of completion to commemorate their culinary journey!

💵 $150 per student for all 4 classes
🍴 Drop-in classes available for $40 (if space allows)
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents must remain onsite, but we encourage you to relax and enjoy the vibes — no need to participate (and no alcohol in the cooking area, please!)
